Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all sales are generally final once work has commenced. However, we offer a fair and structured refund process based on the stage of your project at the time of the request.
1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if:
• You cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, provided no work has begun.
• We fail to start your project within the agreed timeline without prior notice.
• We are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to circumstances on our end.
1.2 Partial Refund
A partial refund may be issued in the following situations:
• You cancel after work has commenced — a refund will be issued for the portion of work not yet completed.
• The project is cancelled midway through due to mutual agreement.
• Significant delays caused solely by our team, beyond a reasonable buffer period.
* Note: The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
1.3 No Refund
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
• Work has been completed and delivered as per the agreed project brief.
• The delay or issue is caused by the client (e.g., delayed content, feedback, or approvals).
• The client changes the project scope mid-way without a formal change order.
• The client is dissatisfied due to personal preference changes after approving a design direction.
• Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, stock images, plugins) are non-refundable.
2. PROJECT CANCELLATION
To cancel a project, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to our official support address. Verbal or informal cancellations will not be accepted.
Once we receive your request:
• We will acknowledge it within 1 business day.
• We will calculate the work completed and issue an invoice or refund accordingly.
• All work completed up to the cancellation date remains the property of our agency until full payment for that phase is received.
3. REVISION & REVISION DISPUTES
Each pricing plan includes a set number of revision rounds. If you feel the delivered work does not meet the agreed brief, you must raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the brief against the deliverable and offer one of the following resolutions:
• Revisions to bring the work in line with the original scope.
• A partial credit toward future work.
• A partial refund if we determine the delivery was substantially off-brief.
* Disputes raised after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for refunds.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To submit a refund or cancellation request, please follow these steps:

Step 3 — Include your order/invoice number, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation.
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and may be contested. We are always willing to work with you to reach a fair resolution.
6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
