- Source code shared
5. Client Responsibilities
Client must:

- Approve milestones
Project delays caused by client are not Softivus responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs and code remain Softivus property until full payment is made.After full payment:
- Client receives usage rights
- Softivus may showcase in portfolio
7. Limitation of Liability
Softivus is not liable for:
- Business losses
- Data loss
- Third-party issues
- Hosting problems
- Client misuse
8. Revisions
- Limited revisions included
- Extra revisions may cost additional fee
- Major changes treated as new project
9. Support
Support includes:
- Bug fixes
- Basic assistance
- Installation help
Support does NOT include:
- New features
- Custom changes
- Third-party issues
